William F. Gilsenan, Jr., Broker/Owner of Gilsenan & Company Realtors® in Ridgewood, NJ, has served as a licensed Realtor® since 1977. Gilsenan is a member of the Board of Directors for RealSource Association of Realtors®, where he has served in numerous capacities, including as President and Secretary/Treasurer as well as Chair of Strategic Planning, Nominating, Public Relations and Communications Committees; and as Co-Chair of the Million Dollar Club Verification Committee. Additionally, Gilsenan is an active member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), where he has served the organization as a Board Member for ten years - including as President, four years as Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. Gilsenan holds the BCREP designation, as well as NAR’s ABR, e-PRO and GRI designations.

John Vernazza, Treasurer, Associate Broker at Village Realty SINY in Staten Island, NY, has served as a licensed Realtor® since 1999, and a licensed New York State Associate Broker since 2003. Vernazza is a member of the Board of Directors at Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR), where he is currently President-elect and has served countless leadership roles including Secretary/Treasurer as well as Chair or Co-chair positions on the Board's Marketing, Realtor® Associate, Legislative, Nominating, Budget, Anniversary Dance and Golf Committees. Additionally, Vernazza serves as a Director for the New York State Association of Realtors®. He was named to the Realtors® Political Action Committee's Capital Club in 2007 and named SIBOR's "Realtor Associate of the Year" in 2004. Vernazza holds the BCREP designation, the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designation and the National Association of Realtors'® e-PRO designation. He is also a Director of the South Shore Rotary.
