Client Satisfaction

Prior to awarding a certification, the Board for Excellence conducts confidential client satisfaction surveys. The Realtor's® previous clients are provided with a BERE-issued survey that seeks their input on their Realtor's commitment to service, professionalism and satisfaction levels.
